Summary

A fridge that won't defrost can leave food at risk and cause bigger headaches for families. This project in Yachats called for us to address ice build-up and prevent future issues, making sure the appliance could do its job again.

The Work

Removed the rear panel inside the refrigerator to reach the frost build-up
Cleared out all ice that had collected and was affecting performance
Installed a defrost tab and took steps to help keep the problem from coming back

The Outcome

The fridge cooled evenly again, and the chances of ice build-up causing trouble down the line dropped. It's always satisfying to know a family can rely on their appliance after we leave. If your fridge is acting up, reach out to us.
